Not Sure Where to Start
If you're here, you don't have to have the right words.
You don't have to know exactly what kind of help you need.
You don't even have to know whether what you're feeling "counts" as grief.
Grief is layered. It can look like sadness, anger, guilt, anxiety, numbness, exhaustion, confusion, loneliness, or even relief. Sometimes it changes from one hour to the next.
Grief also isn't limited to death. People grieve the loss of a child, spouse, parent, sibling, pregnancy, health, career, relationships, identity, dreams, financial security, and the life they expected to have.
There is no timeline. There is no "right" way to grieve. Two people can experience the same loss and need completely different kinds of support.
If you're feeling lost, that's okay.
You don't have to figure everything out today.
Just take the next small step.
That's why Grief Navigation exists.
A gentle path
A few quiet questions to help you find a direction, with no need to know the "right" answer, and nothing here is a diagnosis. It just points you to paths worth exploring.
Grief Navigation is a resource-navigation tool, not an AI therapist or counseling service. We use technology to help connect you with real resources, organizations, and professionals, not replace them.
